About the Firm
Botz Cody Law is a Santa Rosa law firm specializing in estate planning, estate administration, and probate.
The firm was founded by Ted Cody and Sarah Botz on a simple idea: that high quality legal work should be available at a fair price. That principle still guides the practice today.
We proudly serve individuals, families, and businesses in communities throughout Sonoma County, including Petaluma, Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Oakmont, Sonoma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, and Windsor. We also serve clients in the greater Bay Area, and, in some cases, as far south as San Diego and as far north as Redding.
We keep our costs low by working from our home office and using electronic communication and storage to minimize our use of paper, ink, and toner. Our fees reflect the savings.
Environmental responsibility is also one of our priorities. In addition to keeping a substantially paperless practice, we choose vendors based on their environmental policies and we run our office on solar power. You can read more about our environmental choices here.
